Sewing in 2009 What fun we shall have..

2009 A new Year and new fun .....

Jan -was a month of extreme stress so their was no sewing projects done in this month
FEB- The kids decided that they wanted a lil something different for their Valentine's outfits and so we went on the hunt for the fabric The kids all decided that skulls were great Valentine's Fabric

Here are the kids in their outfits ...

Mayson was so excited he got to help sew his shirt He sat on my lap and went to work..

We had a fun photo shoot with these outfits these are a few of my fav's

My sister asked me if i would do some outfits for V-day for her girls

Audree wanted skulls also (LOL)

Ivee(on back of her dress it had Love bug appliqued on it with a lady bug)

Camden wanted a Monster Truck Outfit for his 6th B-day .... so We set out for the perfect fabric , Camden once again chose a great assortment and we put this together

I threw together a Monster truck that he was in love with and appliqued it to his pants and He asked if i would put his name on the pocket too...

His smile is worth a million bucks

You are never gonna Guess what fabric i found next .. Actual Lil' Pet Shop ! Jayedyn of course had to a stripwork Jumper.

MARCH- Jayedyn was begging me to teach her how to sew...

I decided why not !

I sat down with her and we had a sewing machine, pattern tuturiol as to which she took notes on her Notepad (;0)

She chose some Lil' Bratz fabric and a pattern and i sat back and help her when she needed i was amazed as to how fast she caught on and how easy it came for her

She only had a few seam ripping and a few questions But she did it all by herself.

She was so excited when she finished ...

St Patricks Day Outfit was a add on to the last years Because she loved the dress so much We made some Easy fit Pants and a peasant top,She had the most green on in her class .

Jayedyn told me that her friend wanted a Hannah Montanna Outfit for Her B-day and that it was a special request .

APRIL- It was once again B-day month for my kids BUT i had just started school in March so i had no time to make any outfits I did however get Custom order's for my Twilight Aprons.

MY Reversible Half apron-- Edward with a Apple Bite With The words 'Be Safe

The Other Side is a Jasper With a Texas Star

My Reversible Half Apron One side is Alice with a Crystal Ball with the Words "Wanna Bet"

The other is My Edward Apple with the words "Be Safe"

I also had a order for A full Length Edward Apron

MAY- I got another custom order for more Aprons

This one is a Jacob Paw with the Phrase "Cooking for a pack of wolves"

This is a Edward one with the phrase "I Learned How To Cook By Watching Food Network -Edward( My pictures are not that great )

JUNE- I started on the kids 4th of July outfits and once again the kids wanted skulls How patriotic (LOL) i could not argue because i just did not have the money to get any new Fabric so the stuff i had i turned into this
